That’s me looking blissed-out on the magnificently pink “Magic Carpet” in Pacific Grove, California. I’m taking my own advice about living life to the fullest every day, banana slugs (under ice plants!) and All.
What I do
I am an Integrative Life Change Coach, Traditional Japanese and Chinese Energy Medicine Practitioner, Ancestral/Lineage Energy Healer and enthusiastic teacher for both EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and the remarkable Quick REMAP Rapid Healing Protocol, the New Rock Star of Meridian-Based Brain Healing techniques at the 2008 ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology) Conference.
The emerging field of Energy Psychology has created a new respect for the thousands of years old energy meridian-based healing techniques such as Traditional Eastern Acupuncture and Reiki/Seiki Energy Healing, Lomi Lomi, Ho’oponopono and so much more.
It’s about time. I was raised up in the immersion process of lineage-taught Energy Meridian Acupoint Healing with a thorough knowledge of Traditional Japanese and Chinese Medicine, classical healing foods and herbal preparations.
Building important bridges between the best of the Ancient Wisdoms of Healing and the newer Western models of Energy Psychology and Quantum Healing is part of my life path calling.
As a child, I was always curious in how people’s minds worked and why the adults around me whom I was told to respect (just because they were older), often had difficulties in “walking their talk”.
Mostly, they talked. And scolded. And punished. A lot.
Even though the people around me tried to be happy and do their best, they were unable to change their internal “Mantra of Miseries” which they inherited from their families, or from major life traumas, abusive relationships, terrible accidents and injuries or from intense ongoing stress. So this was a rich part of my spiritual and emotional inheritance.
It has been a long, interesting journey.
I’ve dedicated my life to discovering faster, better, more fun ways to blast through those old faulty belief systems and come out feeling clean, free and with a sassy grin on my face. It’s an ongoing process of self-improvement and healing .
My firm belief is that a holistic and integrative approach in finding Lokahi, or complete integration and Oneness in body, mind, spirit and emotion, is important. And that life lessons can be gentle, kind, fun and playful!
Also, while the myriad symptoms of physical or emotional distress (sleep problems, relationship difficulties, headaches, etc.) might be easily reduced, symptomatic band-aiding is not my plan.
Together, I assist my client to find the Root Cause for each symptom of stress, discomfort, ailment or problem, which many times are hidden deep within the emotional mid-brain. (See “Quick REMAP”)
Locating the specific area of an old trauma or highly stressful event and using the evidence-based Chinese accupressure Power Points to remove the impact craters on these areas of the brain, is part of the secret to the astonishing success rate in my healing practice.

My background as explained above, is filled with a decidedly holistic and respectful, yet spiritual approach in incorporating the most innovative and useful healing modalities for what is often termed by clients as “miraculous results”.
